I can go on for a while on how amazing Tom at Anytime Plumbing is, but long story short, my husband and I bought our home and one week later there was serious water damage all through our old 1930s home. Tom came in, got straight to work, educated us on what was going on and reassured us he'd take care of it. As first time home buyers we don't know who to trust and who is scamming us and through a very hectic and emergent time, he offered a calming, authoritative and trusting voice. Months later when a similar problem emerged he came back and fixed it before things could have gotten way worse.
